Hamburg, April 22, 2024—After Anton von Below GmbH & Co. KG—Capital Market Brokers—, Hamburg, took over the private client business of Anlagenwert Hamburg GmbH on January 1, 2024, the securities institute has entered into a collaboration with Luana AG.

The core of the agreement is the support of the energy supplier Luana AG in off-market project financing.

A first project is the financing of a highly efficient energy center in Frankfurt-Sossenheim. In the decarbonization of an existing housing estate with over 1,000 residential units, the biomethane concept enables electricity to be fed into the grid under the EEG. As construction of the energy center has already begun, there are no planning risks. The equity ratio of the issuer in the project amounts to around 40% of the investment costs.
