It is the conviction of our Management Board and Supervisory Board that good corporate governance, which takes into account company- and industry-specific aspects, is an important basis for Luana’s success. The implementation and observance of these principles is understood by our management as a central management task.

Peter Bösch
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Peter Boesch, a financial expert who has been active in the investment industry for decades, has known the Luana Group since its founding and has been a Member of the Supervisory Board since 2019. Since 2024, he is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Sven Linke
Member of the Supervisory Board
Sven Linke, a seasoned professional with a background in business administration, boasts over two decades of extensive networking within the real estate sector. His tenure with Luana AG commenced in 2019, and he has been a dedicated member of the Supervisory Board since 2024.
Hasso v. Kameke
Member of the Supervisory Board
The graduate engineer Hasso v. Kameke, who also studied at the renowned Harvard Business School, began his collaboration with Luana AG in 2012 and was recently appointed as a member of the supervisory board in 2024.

Nico Behns
Head of Operations
Nico Behns has been working successfully in the real estate and energy sector since 2013 and has been Head of Operations for the planning, management and control of work processes within Luana AG since 2023.
Bastian Laschkowski
With over 20 years of experience, Bastian Laschkowski has been responsible for billing-related energy processes for Luana AG since 2021. He has also headed the “Administration” and “Commercial Management” departments since 2023.

André Schallert
Managing Director Luana Eco Development GmbH
Since 2020, André Schallert, a trained business economist, has been part of the management team within the Luana Group. He has been responsible for business development since 2023. With over 15 years of professional experience in leading positions in the energy industry, he has an excellent network in the sector.
