Your tasks

  • Support of the sales team

  • Interface with customers and internal teams

  • Organisation and documentation of projects

  • Interface between the Sales department and the CEO

  • Keeping track of internal deadlines and requirements

  • Project coordination from project receipt to realisation

  • Campaign management support

  • Preparation and follow-up of workshops

Your competences (soft skills)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Distinct customer-oriented thinking and acting

  • High level of comprehension

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Hands-on mentality

Your competences (hard skills)

  • Practised handling of MS-Office

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (of advantage)

  • German: language skills at native level (competent use of language); C2

Profile requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training

  • At least 1 year of professional experience

  • Knowledge of the German energy landscape (esp. renewable energies) of advantage
