With our tenant electricity model, your tenants can purchase their electricity below the market price via the photovoltaic system. In this way, you can benefit from a permanently favorable and stable electricity price and increase your self-sufficiency.

The property in Schwerin is a care facility with 51 residential units, including some residential groups and commercial units.

The property was to achieve KfW standard 40, and this was supported by the photovoltaic system.

212 modules and an inverter were mounted on the flat roof. In total, this results in a photovoltaic output of 74.4 kWp. To establish security of supply, a battery with a storage capacity of 30 kWp was connected to the system.
