A nursing home in Lower Saxony with eight buildings, consisting of 80 residential units, is supplied with energy by Luana via a combined heat and power plant and a state-of-the-art gas condensing boiler. The latest technologies and a customized energy solution have reduced the property’s energy demand. The combination of the two plants generates the energy in the property particularly efficiently. A total of 850m of heat pipe was laid and each house was equipped with a house connection station with hygienic fresh water treatment. 950m of electricity network was laid to fully supply the area with electricity.

All data collected there is fed into the Luana customer dashboard via approx. 150 sensors and measuring devices. There, our customers have access to all meter data. Thanks to round-the-clock monitoring and fault management, faults can be detected at an early stage and rectified immediately. We also regularly check the efficiency of the heating system to identify potential savings. Our customers do not incur any administrative expenses, as Luana takes care of all commercial matters, including billing. This allows you to concentrate on the essentials.
